At the conference, Keyfunc's digital comprehensive budget management project for MARAZZI was awarded the "2023 China Intelligent Management Outstanding Application Award".

On this basis, the group leadership pointed out that improving budget management efficiency is an important task at present. The group hopes to achieve the preparation, execution process monitoring, performance analysis, and automatic report generation of the group's budget based on information systems such as UFIDA U9, improve the planning of the group's business and the effectiveness of resource investment, and help achieve the group's strategic goals.

In order to achieve this goal, Keyfunc and MARAZZI have jointly sorted out the comprehensive budget management system architecture of the group. This architecture reflects the design concept of comprehensive budget closed-loop full process control, integrating planning, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, analysis and assessment, integrating business and finance, and fully covering the control guarantee system.
