VASEN comprehensive budget project launch meeting was successfully held

Recently, the launch meeting of the VASEN comprehensive budget project was successfully held. Keyfun and Kaitong Consulting's comprehensive budget project team, members of the VASEN comprehensive budget project leadership group, personnel above the level of industry and industrial park department heads, and sales company MFO participated in this meeting through "online+offline" means.


At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Xiufang, Deputy Manager of VASEN Digital Development Department, introduced the background and objectives of this project. After multiple rounds of consulting plan research and three rounds of software manufacturer selection, VASEN has chosen Keyfun as the implementer of this comprehensive budget project. The VASEN comprehensive budget project is divided into three stages, with the overall goal of building a comprehensive budget management system from enterprise strategy to annual business plan, budget preparation, execution control, analysis and adjustment, and assessment, to promote the achievement of the company's strategic goals.


The Keyfun project manager introduced the implementation of this project. The first stage of the project is divided into six implementation steps: project initiation, blueprint design, system implementation, system launch, system acceptance, and system operation and maintenance. In addition, the project organizational structure, responsibilities, communication management, quality control and deliverables, risks, and response measures were introduced and interpreted.


Keyfun's Vice President of Implementation, Li Haixuan, made three suggestions for the project: first, "Be ambitious and dare to call the sun and moon a new sky for sacrifice.". The project will change the work habits and methods of business and financial personnel in the future, which will bring short-term discomfort, but in the long run, it will create true value for the enterprise. 2、 When viewed horizontally, peaks form on the sides of the mountain, with different heights and distances. During the project process, we need to focus on the key points, first make every effort to ensure the smooth launch of the project, and then further improve and deepen it. 3、 There is no need to be full when drinking wine. Winning one chess piece is considered high. The project process should first solve the main problems, do not aim too high, and take one step to achieve the goal.


VASEN CFO Chen Anmen stated that comprehensive budgeting is particularly important for the implementation of corporate strategy, allocation of human, financial resources, and risk management. It is an important organizational planning and implementation tool for corporate strategy. Therefore, three requirements are put forward for personnel from various companies and departments involved in the project: first, unity of consciousness and high attention. The fundamental to doing this project well is to involve all staff, the entire process, and all aspects. All units and departments need to achieve consistency in awareness and action. 2、 Fully participate and actively cooperate. Key users of the project team need to ensure their participation time and depth, actively cooperate with system configuration and testing, and ensure the successful launch of the project. 3、 Forward looking technology with room for improvement. When building a budget framework, space should be reserved for the future in terms of technical means, and there should be room for expansion in terms of content for subsequent work.


VASEN Chairman Jin Hongyang has put forward four requirements for the comprehensive budget project: firstly, to enhance the management level. Information technology projects aim to elevate relatively outdated management methods and approaches to a higher level. 2、 Having an account in mind, digital fusion. A comprehensive budget, in other words, means having a budget in mind. We cannot just step on the watermelon peel and slip on it. A comprehensive budget project should integrate various isolated system data on the basis of existing information projects such as SAP to provide support for strategic management. 3、 From nothing to something, step by step. After completing the infrastructure construction, the comprehensive budget project needs to move forward step by step from coarse to fine to achieve its goals. 4、 Establish awareness among all staff and efficiently allocate resources. All staff should have a clear understanding of the comprehensive budget, understand the concept and importance of the budget, attach importance to and allocate resources reasonably in situations where resources are limited, and provide sufficient project support.
